Welcome to VM Retreats. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and participation in any retreat or travel experience we offer. By booking a retreat, submitting payment, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Retreat Reservations

A deposit is required to reserve your spot in any VM Retreats experience.

All reservations are confirmed only after payment is successfully received. Space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Pricing & Payment

The total investment for each retreat is outlined on the booking page.

A deposit is required to secure your reservation
The remaining balance must be paid prior to the retreat start date
Payment plans may be offered at our discretion

Failure to complete payment by the specified deadline may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposit

Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the retreat start date.

After this period, deposits are non-refundable.

Full Payment

31+ days before retreat: Full refund (excluding processing fees, if applicable)
15–30 days before retreat: 50% refund of total amount paid
0–14 days before retreat: Non-refundable

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another participant. All transfers must be approved by VM Retreats.

Retreat Cancellation by VM Retreats

If we cancel a retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

4. Travel & Transportation

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location unless otherwise specified.

VM Retreats is not responsible for:

flight delays or cancellations
transportation disruptions
travel-related expenses outside of the retreat

You can control cookies through your browser settings or opt-out features.

5. Health & Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your physical and mental well-being
You will inform us of any conditions that may impact your participation
You participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your experience

VM Retreats does not provide medical or psychological treatment.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in retreat activities may involve inherent risks.

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, physical activity, and participation in retreat experiences.

7. Code of Conduct

To maintain a high-quality experience for all participants, we reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Liability Limitation

VM Retreats, its owners, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

personal injury
loss or damage of personal property
travel disruptions or delays
indirect or consequential damages

9. External Providers

We may work with third-party vendors (e.g., lodging, transportation, activity providers).

We are not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of these third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and experiences provided by VM Retreats are protected and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
